14-Day Return Window
We offer a strict 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after the delivery date of your item to request an authorized return evaluation. To be eligible for an evaluation, your item must be in the exact condition that you received it: completely unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original, unopened packaging. You will also need to provide your official store receipt or digital proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return Request
To initiate a return evaluation, you must contact our support team directly at elijahmusial8@gmail.com. Please note that all returns must be explicitly authorized via email prior to shipping. Once your request is verified and accepted, we will provide you with the correct return shipping facility address and detailed instructions. Items sent back to our fulfillment centers without first requesting an official authorization will be immediately rejected and will not be refunded.
Damages and Fulfillment Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. To report an issue, send your order number and a clear, well-lit photo of the defect to elijahmusial8@gmail.com so that our team can evaluate the issue and immediately arrange a free replacement or store credit.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Sanitary Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned due to strict health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Because our African Net Sponges are personal care goods, they are strictly non-returnable once the outer packaging has been opened, unsealed, or tampered with. We cannot accept physical returns or issue refunds on used items, opened items, clearance sale items, or digital gift cards. Please reach out to our team if you have questions regarding your specific item prior to ordering.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the terms above, if the merchandise is being shipped directly into the European Union, consumers have a statutory right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason. However, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws, this right completely expires and does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they are unsealed after delivery. For an EU return to be accepted, the net sponge must remain completely sealed in its original, unopened manufacturing packaging.
Refund & Replacement Processing
We will notify you via email once we have received and thoroughly inspected your authorized return request. We will inform you if your refund or replacement was officially approved based on the condition of the item. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that external financial institutions and credit card companies can take an additional 3–5 business days to post the funds to your account statement. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us immediately at elijahmusial8@gmail.com.
